These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CalendarBridge browser extension ("Service", "Extension", or "CalendarBridge"). By installing or using CalendarBridge, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
CalendarBridge is a browser extension that extracts calendar event information from Skool community pages and allows you to sync selected events to your Google Calendar. The Service is provided free of charge.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using CalendarBridge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use CalendarBridge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Extension in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Use the Extension to scrape or collect data from websites where you do not have authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Extension
- Use the Extension in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
4. Third-Party Services
CalendarBridge integrates with third-party services, including Google Calendar and Skool. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies:

5. Google API Services
CalendarBridge uses Google API Services to access your Google Calendar. By using this feature, you also agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service. CalendarBridge's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
CalendarBridge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CalendarBridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CalendarBridge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Extension will function uninterrupted or error-free
- The Extension will be compatible with all browsers or systems
- Event data extracted from Skool will be complete or accurate
- The Extension will continue to function if Skool changes their website structure
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalendarBridge and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed events, or scheduling conflicts, arising out of or related to your use of the Extension.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CalendarBridge and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of CalendarBridge after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using CalendarBridge at any time by uninstalling the Extension. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
